Hockey and figure skating rink

A hockey and figure skating rink is also being part of the Sports Center BORIS TRAJKOVSKI. It’s located on the west side of the center.

Since March, 2011, the rink is in function. Its measurements are 25m x 56m and its surrounded with professional, protective hockey fence. In the beginning,the rink had plastic laminate floor and a synthetic ice production system, but later on, as the interest for this type of sport started to grow, and in order to provide optimal conditions for all its users, the old system was replaced with a natural ice production system.

The beauty of skating on a natural ice rink was felt by over 50.000 people last winter, and the figure skating and hockey schools now have more than 150 members.

This season 2014/2015 many different recreational programs shall be implemented as a good time guarantee. The figure skating and hockey schools are also continuing their work.
